MEET THE FRAZIER TEAM
Dee Frazier, a full-service, national award winning interior design professional, is a customization specialist known for her ability to create unique, one-of-a-kind spaces.
She won the prestigious Franchise Owner of the Year 2015 award from Decorating Den Interiors, the world’s largest and longest-established decorating franchise organization. Her affiliation with the company, from which she has won a number of other sales and design awards, enables her to supply clients with the area’s largest selection of luxury furnishings.
Dee saves clients time, money and stress by providing everything from project management and space planning to furniture selection and color consultations. Half of her work is repeat business, but she also meets the new design needs of the professionals moving to the Dallas area as part of its robust corporate expansion.
I have a passion for design, an eye for detail and a willingness to listen to my client's needs. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Arizona State University. I spent nine years working as an interior designer in the Phoenix area. I was very fortunate to work on some amazing projects and gained working knowledge of the design field. I then spent the next 6 years as a sales representative for a major furniture manufacturer which provided me immeasurable experience. It was during this time that I got the wild idea to move to Dallas, even though I didn't know anyone here. Since moving to Dallas, I have also had the opportunity to work as a design associate for a stone and tile showroom.
I have now come full circle and I feel blessed to be back in interior design. With my in-valuable background, I will utlize my creative talents and communication skills to help you create the interior of your dreams.
Prior to joining Decorating Den Interiors - The Frazier Team, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with an emphasis in Art History at Texas State University. Design and Interior Design were an important part of my studies and have always been a passion of mine. As a child, I was constantly redecorating my bedroom and helping my mother with design projects around the house. As a Design Assistant, I am given the ability to explore my creativity, use my attention to detail skills, and best of all contribute to the creation of a client's dream space. I am proud to be part of The Frazier Team and truly enjoy assisting in solving people's decorating needs.

Bob joined Decorating Den Interiors in 2012. Prior to joining Decorating Den Bob has been on the cutting edge of piloting new business programs and multi-unit leadership for two Fortune 500 organizations. Bob enjoys the opportunity to develop tomorrows business leaders while creating a culture of being the employer of choice in the communities Decorating Den serves. Bob has a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Texas – San Antonio.
Preceding her time at Decorating Den Interiors, Kathlene received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She taught in the state of Texas for 17 years before deciding to pursue her love of interior design. She always enjoyed decorating her classroom for her students so they would have a welcoming environment in which to learn.
Now, she is able to be a part of the interior design process as the first form of contact for the client’s journey to creating a home that reflects their style and taste.
